From childhood, we are taught to speak the truth.
But adulthood teaches us something deeper—truth has a price.
I have paid that price many times.
Speaking the truth has cost me relationships, comfort, and moments of peace. There were times I felt completely shattered.
Yet, with time and maturity, I understood this:
Truth never breaks us. It breaks what is false.
Truth is the strongest pillar on which you can build the life you truly desire. A life built on truth may feel difficult at first, but it stands firm. A life built on lies may look easy, but it eventually collapses.
Truth does not always need to be loud. When spoken with awareness and compassion, it becomes wisdom.
This is not philosophy.
This is my life experience.
